The Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. GMC Approval is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, unless required by law. - Support & Service Levels
Support services, including service levels, are outlined in your agreement or Service Level Agreement (SLA). If GMC Approval fails to meet the agreed-upon service level, your remedies are specified in the agreement. - Compliance & Export Controls
You confirm that you are not subject to trade sanctions or restrictions and agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export control, anti-corruption, and anti- bribery laws. - Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breaches of these Terms, non- payment, or security risks. You may terminate these Terms if we materially breach the agreement and fail to cure it within 30 days. - Changes to Terms
These Terms may be modified periodically. Material changes will be communicated, and your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes should be resolved through good- faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts specified in the agreement. - Related Policies
